TMS Quy Nhon SeaView Condotel

I stayed for two nights in a great value residence at a landmark building in the center of Nha Trang. Even from the 11th floor (mid-level), the view was absolutely amazing. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, and washing machine. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of even providing a small amount of laundry detergent. The balcony glass was a bit dirty, so I cleaned it myself. There were also a few small ants, but that was acceptable. They disappeared once I turned on the air conditioning, haha. The hot water was consistently cold, but that was also within acceptable limits, lol. For families, I'd recommend splurging on a residence on a higher floor (30th and above). Just a heads-up: check-in isn't at the main hotel lobby. You'll need to meet the staff at the residence entrance lobby on the side. Communication is done via chat. Also, be aware that Google Maps has some bugs for this location.

Spacious with an ocean view, and the beach is just a short walk away. A supermarket and Starbucks are also within walking distance.

It seems like the hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last visit two years ago. The facilities are much cleaner now, and the breakfast has also significantly improved! ^^

We've traveled all over Vietnam and stayed in 15 hotels, and this one is the best value for money! It has a great view from the balcony, a spacious room, and everything you need. The coordinates on Trip.com are incorrect. The Condotel is in the TMS high-rise building, but the entrance isn't the main one; you need to walk along the right side of the building.

The apartment was clean, with a few minor imperfections, but nothing critical. The kitchenware was good: pots and pans were decent, and the plates were sturdy plastic. (The dish soap was excellent quality, by the way.) The bed linen was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The balcony offered views of the sea, city, and mountains. There's a washing machine and detergent on the balcony, and they actually clean the floors there, which is a rare find! The bathroom was standard: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toothbrushes were provided. There were only two bath towels (which weren't particularly large), but I'm sure if you ask, they'd provide more. The manager, Nam, was kind enough to give us a higher floor than initially booked. The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk away. I really liked this apartment and its location. If I can get a high floor confirmed for September, I'll definitely be back.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The amenities are well-equipped, there's plenty of storage, and the kitchen utensils and dishes are clean, making it perfect for an extended stay.
