The Scarlett Boutique Hotel

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the room was nice and cosy, with all amenities (toothbrush etc), breakfast was great with hot and cold food and drinks. The location is great with no noise and you’re like 20/30 min away from the impérial city by foot, so a grab is cheap and easy. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby and the staff can give suggestions/recommendations.

Design very special..staff is friendly, room was ready when we arrived and allowed us to check-in.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. Every thing was great until i discovered i left my electronic tablet ( similar to ipad )in the room when i check out. I called the hotel later the same day and they said housekeeping did not find it. It was not possible because i did not bring it out of the room at all. I am very disappointed

🏨 Lovely stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel I stayed for 3 nights and felt truly welcomed — especially by Thanh, Ruby, and Linda at the front desk. They were always warm and friendly, which made me feel at home as a solo traveler. The room was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. Great location, close to the Imperial City and walking street. Breakfast was nice, and yes — they have an elevator too! Recommend this charming hotel in Hue!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very charming. Gorgeous decor. Staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Made to order breakfast as well as a very good selection of breakfast buffet items. Rooms were impeccable with a full supply of toiletries, gorgeous ceramic teas sets and coffee cups. A large supply of wine glasses. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality linens. We hope to return to Hue and will book here again when we do. Everything was fabulous.
