Enjoyed my stay at Oceanic Sportel as it was my first ever solo trip. Had tennis coaching every morning and used the gym every afternoon. Food was good and staff were friendly

Inspired by the hotel design especially the gym facilities. Enjoy the stay here and near to Phuket town with 15mins driving. Stay here if your staycation needs gym workouts!

It’s very good hotel, clean, with extremely large bed and perfect tennis courts. The senior coach here is amazing, especially Vanich.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent.
However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown.
Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

Hotel itself is nice, modern and clean. However I was very disappointed with staff and the hotel service. The location was poor from a tourist pov, might suit local sports clubs and business travellers but for the average tourist was the worst area of phuket i stayed

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway — whether you come as a couple or with family.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy, especially if you love working out.
This place has everything you need, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.
Definitely a place I’d love to stay again
