Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center

Very comfortable and generally satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. It was really cute that a robot delivered our food orders. The facilities are quite new, and the room was cleaned diligently. Highly recommend!

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip in Beijing. I absolutely love the executive lounge's ambiance, food, and service quality. The concierge service is also very attentive. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable.

My experience this time wasn't great. I specifically checked Ctrip for a hotel in Sanlitun because I was traveling with my child and wanted easy access to sightseeing and shopping. The platform showed this hotel was only about 500 meters from Sanlitun, so I booked it. However, upon check-in, when I asked the front desk, the staff told me it was quite a distance, not walkable, and would require taking the subway or a taxi. I was instantly disappointed and felt a bit cheated. I hope others with similar needs can avoid this pitfall. On the brighter side, the hotel's overall environment, service, cleanliness, and food were all acceptable. I hope the hotel continues to improve.

I stayed at the Kempinski for a local getaway, and overall it was a great experience. On the day I checked in, the male manager at the front desk even upgraded my room! The in-room facilities are quite new, apparently recently renovated. For its location in Beijing, it offers excellent value for money. The bed was also a super king-size, 2 meters wide, and very comfortable to sleep on. The next day, I came back late after running errands, and the hotel was kind enough to extend my check-out time. The hotel also has a brewery and a very famous bakery. If you pay a deposit upon check-in, you can enjoy discounts there. I ate a lot of bread and cakes over these two days, and it was also very pleasant to have a drink at the brewery in the evening! The overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The Kempinski Yansha consistently delivers. The lounge and breakfast food service are excellent, as always. This time I had a lot of luggage, and staff were on hand to help me with my bags from check-in to check-out, even loading them into the car. The service was fantastic.
