Ibis Bratislava Centrum

Good location, but no kettle for boiling water, and no fridge....otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well located. However is a little outdated. The rooms are Ibis standard but especially the bathroom needs attention. It seems old and the drain of the shower was clogged. It was also smelly. The electric bus passes beside the hotel and it has the noise, mainly during the evening but it is not something very uncomfortable. In general it was a good experience.

The location is really great. The rooms are very small and haven’t been updated since maybe 1970 depending on the yellow wing plastic in the bathroom and the hairdryer which I thought could’ve been a centralized vacuum cleaner. Also when checking in if you’ll have your Hotel staff look up to the corners of the light fixtures. There are some gathered gnats/spiders in the corners. If your staff stands on the other side of the counter and looks up, they will easily see them. It was all I could do not to actually get up and clean it myself. Other than that, the staff was really nice. And again we were there for maybe two nights on our way through and the location is great. 

It was clean and the location was also good. It would be more convenient if they have a kettle in each room.

My recent stay at the Ibis Bratislava Centrum was a bit disappointing. While I understand it's a budget hotel, some basic standards were missed. The mattress was noticeably dirty, and though the sheets and duvet cover appeared clean, they clearly hid what was underneath. There was also limescale on the bathroom walls and in the shower, and the top of the mirror cabinet had a lot of dust on it. Regarding amenities, the shower gel left in the shower was almost empty, forcing me to use the one at the sink and transfer it to a cup to use in the shower. As for outlets, there were only three in the room: one by the door (far from the bed), and two others near the desk, also not conveniently located for bedside charging. Finally, the staff member during checkout was eating and didn't even bother to ask about my stay. While I appreciate a budget-friendly option, there are certainly minimums that should be met for guest comfort and service.

Basic hotel in the center of Bratislava- good location - friendly service

The room is very small not enough for 2 persons inside and the environment is too dirty and the room rate is quite high comparing with others.

Alright ibis Hotel, very good location right next to the city Center. It was a bit surprising that we were charged 4 euros for a toothbrush
