I really have to give this hotel 100 points! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc who isn't focused on sightseeing. You could absolutely stay at this hotel and not leave at all. Before booking, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully helped with decorations and a cake. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, very delicious with many varieties. The SPA is a must-try! I went two days in a row! If you don't have enough cash, they do accept credit cards. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it. Taking a Grab, you can reach the Sonasea Night Market near the hotel in 4 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but only at one specific time. I recommend trying the night market stall named 'My Seafood'. It's super crowded, mostly with Koreans, but the food is excellent. Also, I highly recommend trying the hotel's mango series – you won't want to go home once you're here!😋😋 There's also a private beach perfect for photos. The service here is truly 100 points, absolutely impeccable ❤️

The room was clean and had a stunning ocean view. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every day. There are plenty of recreational facilities; the pool and beach can easily keep you entertained for a whole day, and the beach even offers free toys, balls, and kayaks.

This hotel is in a standalone location which means it has a private beach but is next to nothing, no shops or restaurants. It does have a good steakhouse if that's what you like. Breakfast restaurant is not so big so be prepared to wait for your table. Seaview rooms are nicely renovated but the seaview is not the best as the rooms are located some distance away from the beach. Sound insulation is an issue so you need hope your neighbours are not the noisy type. Service staff could not keep the noise down but otherwise did a good job.

The location was quite isolated from the rest of the island if you’re looking to go to the main attractions on the island but everything else was really good. Service and cleanliness definitely one of the best on the island and I’ve been to Phu Quoc now 3 times, and Pullman is still my favourite hotel here. For any couples coming I definitely recommend trying their couple spa package.

This is a great hotel, truly living up to its international chain reputation. I would definitely recommend Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort to friends visiting in the future. It's just a 30,000 VND taxi ride to a small night market. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent!
