The hotel's internet coverage is patchy, and even phone signal was very poor in our room. On the first night we checked in, there was also a power outage. Prices for items inside are not cheap, and only two bottles of water are provided in the room. If you want an extra bottle, you have to buy it yourself for 20 ZAR. However, the hotel environment is very good and beautiful, and the room is quite clean.

The environment is great, and it feels very safe and secure. Staying here, you completely forget that Johannesburg can be an unsafe place. Some areas are not accessible by elevator, but they will assist with luggage. The rooms are spacious.

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The garden is beautiful and parking is secure. Overall, the facilities meet the brand's standards. Breakfast costs 80 RMB, but there isn't much variety. It's about a 40-minute drive from Mandela Square in Johannesburg. There's a lovely cluster of villas near the hotel. Not far from the hotel, Google Maps shows a restaurant called 'Chaofu Chinese Restaurant' run by Fujianese people, and the food is excellent. You pay in South African Rand. The front desk staff are all male and not particularly friendly or smiling, which could be improved. At an average of over 500 RMB per night without breakfast, the value for money could be better. Overall, it's okay! It would be even better if security in Johannesburg improved.

Clean and hygienic, spacious rooms, with a secure courtyard. Our stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money.

The hotel is located within a park, offering an elegant and quiet environment. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are very spacious. The staff's service awareness is excellent, and the breakfast selection is very rich.

As a business traveler, I've been staying at this hotel in Johannesburg throughout my trip to South Africa. The complimentary computers in the lobby on the first floor are incredibly convenient, and the breakfast is truly superb.

The hotel was fenced off, so security wasn't an issue. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and delicious, and there was a bar too, which was great. I'd love to stay here again.
