The room was great and spacious, with new, clean, and tidy bedding. The facilities were easy to use and convenient for storing belongings. The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was rich and plentiful, and the restaurant was quite large, bigger than other Vienna Hotels. The parking lot in front was also very spacious, making parking easy. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was my first stay at a Vienna Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this particular branch in Fuyun. The location is excellent, right by the Er River, making it easy to get in and out, and there's dedicated parking. I booked one twin room and one king room, both of which were very spacious with a logical layout and good furnishings. The linens and other amenities were high quality, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service and breakfast were decent, nothing exceptional but perfectly adequate. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay!

This Vienna Hotel in Fuyun County, just like other Vienna Hotels, is beautiful with spacious rooms and warm, attentive service. The bathroom is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Parking is free, and the surroundings are quiet, yet it's very close to the town center. It's a highly recommended hotel.

The Vienna Hotel Fuyun offers an exceptional overall experience. Its location is unbeatable, with guest rooms directly overlooking the Irtysh River. As the only river in China that flows eastward into the Arctic Ocean, the views from the window, showcasing the river's expanse, are incredibly open and restorative. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and it was very convenient for getting around and dining. Leaning by the window to enjoy the river view after a tiring journey truly enhances the atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Fuyun.

This is a chain hotel, so the service is standardized. The hotel is conveniently located, rooms are spacious, and breakfast is included. We even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants just a 500-meter walk across the river.

I drove by and found this to be one of the best hotels in Fuyun County. I booked two rooms, and the lovely receptionist, Simubati, arranged the rooms perfectly. The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a consistent hot water supply. The bedding was soft, and there was an option to have two pillows. I slept soundly all night. I highly recommend it to friends and family; five-star review!
