Ibis Casablanca City Center

The receptionist was extremely rude & unaccommodating, unwilling to help with even the simplest requests & could definitely benefit from customer service training. The rooms were manageable, but the AC wasn’t working properly & the bathroom had poor ventilation. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, altho the taxis waiting outside were quite aggressive & would harass guests who booked rides thru taxi apps. The hotel can also get very crowded & with only one receptionist on duty during our stay, we had to wait a long time just to check in or ask a simple question. Overall, I wouldn’t book this hotel again, mainly because of the poor service at the reception.

Location is super close to casa port, direct train from the airport. Walking distance to the medina..and also reachable to the marina mall. Room is basic, decent bed and good shower.

I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible.

Conveniently located in from of the train station and comfortable room. On the down side the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows quite worn. Note that the location in Google maps is wrong. Overall good stay

Perfect value for money. Everything is spotlessly clean, the air conditioning works great, and the bed and linens are excellent. Hot and cold water pressure in the shower is perfect. The location is highly convenient — close to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. You can even see the sea from the window. If you spend your days on business or excursions, you won't find a better budget-friendly place to stay and rest. A real gem!

Booked for my cousin and she had a really great experience. It was her first time in casablanca and she wasn't sure where to stay, I told her Ibis was budget friendly and clean all over the world. Glad I was proven right!
