Ibis Casablanca City Center

Nice hotel in the heart of casablanca. Clean and good value. Recommended!

The receptionist was extremely rude & unaccommodating, unwilling to help with even the simplest requests & could definitely benefit from customer service training. The rooms were manageable, but the AC wasn’t working properly & the bathroom had poor ventilation. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, altho the taxis waiting outside were quite aggressive & would harass guests who booked rides thru taxi apps. The hotel can also get very crowded & with only one receptionist on duty during our stay, we had to wait a long time just to check in or ask a simple question. Overall, I wouldn’t book this hotel again, mainly because of the poor service at the reception.

Location is super close to casa port, direct train from the airport. Walking distance to the medina..and also reachable to the marina mall. Room is basic, decent bed and good shower.

Excellent location, very neat and clean

I booked for someone there two days. And he didn’t like the place and changed when he finished the two days

The location is good. Rooms are clean but fairly compact with a very small bathroom. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage which was helpful. Service was average.
