Overall, it's pretty good, no major issues. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and it offers great value for money. I might choose this place again next time.

Even an older A8 is still an A8! The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but everything else was up to par. It's convenient for getting anywhere and definitely worth a longer stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. I could see Marina Bay and the Merlion from my window. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located; you can directly access the MRT station from the fourth floor without having to go out into the sun.

The hotel's location is decent, right across from a large shopping mall where you can find and eat anything. The balcony offers a nice view of Marina Bay and the Marina Bay Sands. Transportation is also quite convenient; in fact, public transport throughout Singapore is generally good, and getting anywhere takes about 30-60 minutes. Buses seem to be more flexible than the MRT. The shower stall was a bit cramped, making it hard to turn around freely. Now, for the main point: Service: What's most appalling about this hotel is their breakfast service staff, who are skilled in, but not limited to, 'discriminating against Chinese people' and 'quickly clearing plates to seat new guests.' I was asked for my coffee order as soon as I sat down for breakfast. I ordered a Cappuccino and said 'Thank you' in Chinese. However, 15-20 minutes passed, and my coffee never arrived. I asked a male waiter who looked like a supervisor in English, and he said he'd check on it. Three minutes later, another waitress finally brought me the Cappuccino. Afterward, I finished my first plate and went to grab some other food. I was gone for less than two minutes, but when I returned, I found my table had already been cleared and taken by other guests! I was shocked and furious. A waiter said they would arrange another table for me immediately, so I sat at a different table for my second plate (which was a very small amount). Then, I went to get some fruit. I specifically asked a waiter not to clear my plate, but when I returned a minute later, the table was clean again. Fortunately, no one else had sat there yet. After I finished a few pieces of fruit, I was still sitting there, not even finished, when a young waitress actually slid the empty plate out from under my arms on the table without even asking! This is absolutely unbelievable! You're just Singapore; don't be so conceited. China has far better hotels with top-notch service. The abundant greenery is just a feature, not necessarily an advantage. Without Chinese consumption and economy, you are nothing! 😁

Fantastic hotel! It's conveniently connected to several shopping malls and super easy to get to the subway station. The service was excellent, and I loved that I could cast content to the TV. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness: So-so. It's true what they say on Xiaohongshu, it feels like all the money went into the lobby design. The room itself was very basic, and the bedsheets were already damaged on the first day... but the hotel was quick to replace them.
