Riveria City Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Archos

We had a pleasant stay at Riviera City. The check-in process was smooth and the unit was comfortable overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a plus that he could speak Mandarin. The location is also very convenient. It’s within walking distance from Nu Sentral to Riviera City. Taking Grab is very convenient as well — it’s only about 15 minutes to TRX and LaLaport. The highlight was definitely the view. The skyline is absolutely stunning, with Merdeka 118 right in front of us. On a clear day, you can even spot Genting Highlands in the distance. The city view, especially at night, is beautiful and impressive. There was a small issue as we noticed one used tissue that was not cleared upon arrival, but aside from that, the rest of the unit was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

All good need and clean. The lift was superfast and rooftop swimming pool very nice at night. But worrying about hot water, after switch on also not function in the shower, Shower damage as well. The view very nice.

The place was really nice just a 5 mins walk from the main Street and the room was clean well lit and the pool on the top floor had a great view

The room was so nice and cool. I can seee the three main tower from my room. The skypool is nice and have good views also. The room occupied with fridge and all cutleries. So easy to cook. There is smart tv also , can watch youtube and netflix. Wifi also provided. Nice staff and good customer service. Will definitelyrepeat in nearest time. 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent price-quality ratio in KL. Location perfect, very good access to public transport and the rooftop pool is unbeatable.

The whole experience was amazing and there customer service oriented goal what makes me amaze for the amount of 💲 that I’ved spend and the customer service is topnotch one message away and they deleverately go to your room and help with all your concerns! Kudos to Ishmael whi helped me with my request regarding the bath towel and the iron to replace. Hassle free stay thanks a lot!!
