As a travel lover, I hold a high standard for urban accommodations, and my recent stay at Riveria City Kuala Lumpur Sentral was a remarkably well-balanced experience. For those navigating the fast-paced pulse of Kuala Lumpur, this property offers a strategic advantage that few others can match. **The Vantage Point** Securing a unit on the 39th floor was the highlight of the experience. In a city defined by its dramatic skyline, this elevation transforms the room into a private gallery. As night falls, the sprawling city lights—highlighted by the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower—create a mesmerizing, cinematic backdrop. This expansive view provides a sense of openness and serenity, perfectly counteracting the intensity of the urban environment below. **Functional Sophistication** The room’s layout reflects a modern "live-like-a-local" philosophy. The inclusion of a private kitchenette is a major benefit, offering the freedom to prepare light meals or enjoy local ingredients at one's own pace. Furthermore, the facility lineup—featuring a refreshing swimming pool, a rejuvenating sauna, and a well-equipped gym—forms the "golden trio" of urban amenities. It is the perfect setup to shed the tropical heat and recharge after a day of exploration. **Unrivaled Connectivity** The hotel’s proximity to **Kuala Lumpur Sentral**, the city’s primary transit hub, is its most valuable asset. The seamless access to the KLIA Ekspres (airport train) and the extensive rail network (LRT, MRT, and Monorail) removes the logistical stress typically associated with city travel.

Love the sky pool at Level 53A. The view is superb! Other facility like Gym adnd laundry is acceptable. However, check in experience is not pleasant, hardly attentive unbothered attitude, 1 short answer for 1 question. When I ask for direction for a nearby restaurant, she pointed finger to a direction and say just go straight, I end up lost after reaching the main road. Room only looks clean, until I sat down and realize how dusty is the table. The toilet, worse with visibly dirt mouldy stain on toilet seat. The hand washer detergent were diluted. No power plug in bathroom that I had to dry hair near the kitchen sink. Well, for the low price paid (USD35pn) just don't expect much.

I have enjoyed staying at this hotel. The level of cleanliness in the room and the amenities is excellent. The only drawback is that this hotel has 53 floors and there are only four elevators, so be prepared to get stuck waiting for about 5 minutes.

stay is pleasant! staff is pretty helpful (there’s a whatsapp hotline you can contact :)) overall the amenities were pretty good, however there might be some construction noises next door (stayed at 50th level but could occasionally hear some)

Nice modern rooms on high floors with great views! Good facilities including rooftop infinity pool and coworking space.

Walking distance from KL sentral and monorail TS. Room had complete equipment for what's needed for a short stay. Laundry was perfect. On 30floor, takes 30 mins wash and 30 mins dry. Machine can be paid using qr or cash RM5

Think twice before booking. My family member and I could not sleep because the sound proofing was horrible. We would get awakened by either the sounds of door slams, or weird metallic sounds at the ceiling, every few minutes. In addition, the space to walk around was really cramp - We had to squeeze through some of the areas. Cleanliness could be improved - many drain flies in the toilet. Design of the bathroom and toilet could also be improved - door could not be closed fully and there was no door to separate the showers and the toilet, which causes water to be splashed all around after showering. Lastly, waiting for the lift was painful - we sometimes had to wait for almost 5 minutes for the lift to arrive.
