The Summer Hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, the room was spacious and bright, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The fatigue from my journey was relieved here. Thank you to every staff member for their dedication. I look forward to seeing you again.

Service: The front desk, security, and cleaning staff were all very good. Hygiene: The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Environment: Great location, close to the beach. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the hotel provides excellent value for money. Definitely worth experiencing.

There was no mention anywhere during booking that the room had no windows. The towels and sheets weren't particularly clean, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed with no way to adjust the direction – a surefire way to catch a cold. The room was dark and small. The elevator was incredibly noisy, disturbing my sleep in the mornings. I decided to check out two days early and submitted a refund request several days prior. They only refunded me 18 yuan instead of 380 yuan. If a guest doesn't want to stay in such conditions and gives advance notice of early check-out, why would the hotel refuse to refund the full cost for those two days?
