Fantastic service, the staff are all very welcoming. You need to use your key card to access the room corridors on each floor, which makes it feel very secure. The cleaning was meticulous. If you show your booking confirmation when taking a taxi to the island, you can skip the island entry fee.

The hotel's transportation links are excellent. Just down the slope is the Bus A stop, a free island shuttle that takes you to all the famous attractions and beaches. A short walk away is the cable car station; one stop down and you're right at the Luge Skyline. The hotel also offers its own shuttle bus to VivoCity every 40 minutes, making round trips to the city very convenient. The sand at the beach is a little coarse, but you can often spot peacocks and large monitor lizards by the pool, indicating a wonderful ecological environment.

Although the room decor is a bit dated, it still maintains the quality of a traditional, established hotel. Overall, it's quite clean and tidy, and the landscaping within the resort is also good. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more diverse! I'd suggest making the shuttle bus routes within the resort clearer, as it's a bit confusing right now.

Amazing! My kids absolutely loved the activities on the hotel beach, especially the paddleboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. Our whole family had a fantastic time. The kids also played football on the beach and volleyball in the pool. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel restaurant also offered a variety of drinks outside, with the cappuccino being particularly delicious.

This hotel is too old. The 'sea view' from our room (especially the Deluxe Sea View King Room, beware!) was not a direct sea view; we were assigned a room far off to the side. The cleaning was very superficial; there were still stains on the table, and the toilet paper had mysterious water stains, making it unusable. To my surprise, they don't offer breakfast boxes, so you're confined to the restaurant. This is far below the standard for a star-rated resort hotel. The pool slide is only for kids under 1.5 meters, and the pool itself is very shallow. The 'sea view' from the pool is just cargo ships. Getting around requires taking a shuttle bus; otherwise, reaching the cable car or the Express monorail is quite an effort. Frankly, Sentosa resorts are quite uninteresting. It's better to stay at a hotel closer to Universal Studios or Adventure Cove Waterpark. This place is incredibly run-down and absolutely not recommended. I think I'll be avoiding the Shangri-La brand in the future.
