We were looking for a low cost, one night hotel, near the Old Quarter. On the plus side the location was great and the staff helpful. However I don’t know how I missed the fact the rooms are very damp and mouldy, which on checking were in most of the previous reviews. Glad it was only one night, will
Pay more attention to the reviews in future, as the pictures alone don’t show how bad the flakey walls and paper are.

The hotel has a very good location, staff were amazing and very helpful, but the room was very old and not clean , the bed was not comfortable at all , I wouldn’t recommend it .

The hotel is in the middle of Old Quarter. Very convenient there’s a lot of stores such as food, convenience store, shopping center, coffee shops etc. We enjoyed our experienced.

Room is really huge and the queen bed can fit 3 person. Family room’s located on the very top floor, so from the 5th floor you have to take stairs to one more floor. The only downside from this room is the floor’s very dusty. Even after asking for clean up it’s still really dusty so you have to wear sandals inside. Location’s is in tourist area so you can get any foods, stuffs from really nearby.

They were doing some repairs so if you're planning to rest during the day, it will be very noisy. The Hotel is quite tricky to spot because it is in between of 2 spas and the entrance was small. The receptionist/s was/were approachable and kind. If you're looking for a place to really rest after seeing the Hanoi, this place has the basic amenities that a solo traveller needs. It is also accessible to a lot of shops, so no worries. For the price point, they really deliver.

We got 2 rooms 1 was fine the other… I can’t describe how disgusted and disappointed I am. First of all when you step into the room the smell of mould was disgusting. I got an instant headache and felt sick for the rest of the day there was mould on nearly every space of the roof and walls. We have never dealt with this before so we just booked another hotel and had and early checkout. Both rooms said courtyard view but it’s just a piece of fake grass facing the window. No sunlight. Absolutely disgusting if you decide to get this hotel and get room 402 check out immediately
