The room had a strange smell, but it disappeared after the Daikin air conditioner ran for a while. The hot water pressure was quite low.

This hotel is in a bad need of repair and maintenance. Everything creaks. The room did have a window, but it opens up to a wall of the next building. The room has an unpleasant odor, bed is uncomfortable and the bathroom screams mold.

The price is too high at 230 RMB, only worthy of a 70 RMB county guesthouse in China in terms of hygiene. I guess it's because it's in Hanoi. Compared to China, it's incredibly expensive. A 230 RMB hotel in Guiyang would be excellent and very comfortable.

We were looking for a low cost, one night hotel, near the Old Quarter. On the plus side the location was great and the staff helpful. However I don’t know how I missed the fact the rooms are very damp and mouldy, which on checking were in most of the previous reviews. Glad it was only one night, will Pay more attention to the reviews in future, as the pictures alone don’t show how bad the flakey walls and paper are.

The hotel looks clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. It's only a 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, very close to a bus stop, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it's a great place.

Couldn't cancel due to a last-minute itinerary change. It really leaves a bad taste when they charge you the full amount, especially when you didn't even check in. At least a 50% refund would have been fair.
