Mitsui Garden Hotel Kumamoto

Room is spacious and they have kumamoto bears themed room. It’s cute for first time experience and staff are friendly and helpful!

Must booked their Kumamoto theme room, if not is superb small. The Kumamoto theme room is big and comfortable. Kumamon inside is cute. Come with welcome gift in room as well.

Excellent location, just connected to Nagasaki JR station via a pedestrian walkway. The foods in the breakfast are rich and plentiful.

Liked the room. Kumamoto bear theme. Even have gifts every day you stay. Just a let down is the parking for tall car is abt 7mins walk but with in-out privileges

Location was convenient to reach tourist spots. Room was comfortable, with daily cleanup service. Staff were hospitable, albeit a little robotic (aka just doing their job). They also provide a free Kumamoto postcard and mailing services. Private parking was available at 1,300 yen per day. Carpark staff were professional and more genuine. The elevator style parking lot was interesting. The breakfast spread was of good variety and had small changes everyday, so it’s not boring. However, the staff strictly enforced the food retrieval timings, so better to go early and plate the food you want before they remove the food trays.
