The biggest disappointment was the reception service. During the public holiday, there appeared to be no staff member with the authority to make decisions or handle guest requests. When I requested a booking amendment, the staff were unable to assist and could not provide any alternative solution. The lack of support and inefficient handling of customer requests made the experience frustrating and left a poor impression.

The room was clean and nice, but the reception service was disappointing. During the public holiday, no one seemed able to handle or make decisions regarding customer requests. When I requested a booking amendment, the staff were unable to help. The facilities also need improvement, especially the iron, which was old and outdated.

Stayed here for 4 days with my family. They have triple room. They clean the room everyday. Great and friendly hotel staffs. There is water dispenser down the lobby so you wont need to buy everyday. The location of the hotel is quite far to train station but 2-3mon walk to bus station. The location is quote far from the city center but since accessible to bus station you can easily go to different places even at night time. If you are on a budget this is good option but if I will go back again, I’ll try to book near area that is lively.

We stay here to attend concert at Singapore indoor stadium for 2 night. The staff are friendly & accommodating. They even play DAY6 songs during the concert day at lobby. We myday couldnt beer the excitement and be happier and welcome than this.

Feeling lucky for early check-in at 11:30AM in stead of 3PM, have more time to relax before heading to Concert.

For the price that was listed I was quite satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is not far from attractions I wanted to see. Pleasantly surprised:)
