Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s

We settled down to a good nights sleep to find the mattress had been cleaned on one side and was soaking wet - it had been covered up and was damp on the sheets above ! Not what I would expect from this hotel!

Absolutely perfect stay here, stunning spa facilities, the breakfast was fantastic and had every choice you could think of! The staff go above and beyond. 11/10 stay, highly recommend.

Great location for seeing the sites. Breakfast had lots of choice and rooms were clean and a good size for a family stay.

Very enjoyed my stay here, some of the hair from the last residents have stayed but overall good cleaning, great room and great service. There's a great spa and a small store for necessarities in the loby. Did not care for the treatment in the rooftop bar, it was presented in the website as part of the facilities accessed to the guests but actually you have to reserve a place few days before.

AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND. Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

It’s was convenient as I was on a work trip. Staff was welcoming and the whole experience was great. Room was clean which is always a plus. Definitely would recommend for a chill weekend as the spa is good and the surrounding is great

A good hotel in a great location A few small annoying things though Housekeeping has a very small window that they work to. If you are in the room when they arrive they don’t try again The hotels systems don’t recognise your preferences I fill them in every time and every time they say they can’t see them They are pretty inflexible with regards to check in times too The hotel is in a great location though and generally is good value if you book through Trip so I can recommend it
