Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan

The room is much larger than other 5-star hotels. The service was great 👍. I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast 🥣 was also delicious. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the hotel is very clean.

The dinner buffet was incredibly rich with lobster, hairy crabs, and oysters, offering a wide variety of choices. Breakfast was quite ordinary; the best part was the flaky pastries, everything else was just so-so. Check-in at the front desk was extremely slow; I had to stand for almost 20 minutes, which was exhausting. However, the front desk staff at the buffet restaurant and the guy grilling the steaks provided very good service.

Stayed here during the National Day holiday. The buffet dinner was really good, with a great variety, including a hot pot station which was quite unique. The hotel environment was also very nice. Plus, free parking was a bonus. The only slight hassle was getting to the swimming pool – it required taking three different elevators.

The service attitude was excellent, and the hotel environment was top-notch. The facilities were very user-friendly, and the room was kept very clean. It's also very close to Shenzhen University Town, making it convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time.

A very nice experience indeed! The lounge wasn't crowded on October 1st, so it was quiet and perfect for a peaceful chat. The food selection was decent; nothing overly fancy or expensive, but the quality was definitely there. All the staff were incredibly nice! However, the outsourced 'waterfall' (referring to some service/activity) was not good; they were shouting at people from a distance.

I was very satisfied with my stay, I've stayed here many times. The service from Echo, Saskia, and Mia at the executive lounge was excellent. My room was upgraded, which was a nice touch, and the breakfast was also very good. Seyeon from housekeeping handled my request perfectly, and I'm very pleased with that too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept really well. The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

I always thought this was the best hotel near HIT Shenzhen. After staying there, I felt it was just okay. The bathtub was fine, and the room layout was decent. But why did the bedside panel stay lit all night? I couldn't stand it, it was too bright.
