Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan

The service was excellent, and the room setup was a lovely surprise. We even received a complimentary cake and red wine for our anniversary. The executive lounge offered various options throughout the day, and the staff were incredibly helpful with all our requests – a big thank you to them! The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a diverse breakfast selection and a clean, convenient pool. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this Sheraton again.

The dim sum for breakfast was good, and the room was clean; my allergies didn't flare up at all.

I chose the panoramic room type, and luckily the weather was great, so the views were truly stunning. The check-in experience was seamless; they had already prepared the room and met all my special requests. The robot food delivery was also quite fast. Aside from the breakfast being pretty standard and the room not having automatic curtains, everything else was a pleasant surprise.

The room was great, exceptionally clean, and the hotel's overall decor was very stylish. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. The front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us with a late check-out. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The hotel entrance is relatively quiet, while the restaurants are located in the side streets, which is perfect for dinner. The gym is the best equipped I've ever seen, but strangely, there was no shower cap provided in the room.

Our stay this time was extremely satisfying. As soon as we arrived at the main entrance with our child, a bellhop proactively assisted us with our luggage and guided us inside. Special thanks to Cathy for the check-in process; she thoroughly explained all the hotel facilities. Peter and Echo ensured a quick and efficient check-out. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Hotel facilities like the playground and pool were very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were highly professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

I originally planned to go snorkeling in Nan'ao and stay near Jiaoziya, but the night before, I was told that a typhoon might prevent us from going out to sea. So, I had to change my plans last minute and chose a package at this Sheraton in Nanshan. It truly exceeded my expectations! Service: From the front desk staff and restaurant servers to the cleaning aunties and even the pool lifeguards, everyone was very polite. Ariana and Michelle, in particular, were so friendly and attentive, it really made me feel warm inside. Cleanliness: You often see staff cleaning in the public areas; it's always spotless. The room was also very clean. Facilities: The room has a smart toilet, and you don't need a key card to keep the power on, so you never have to worry about coming back to a hot room and waiting for the AC to cool down. The hotel only has an indoor pool, and at 1.2 meters deep, it's a bit small. It also seems to be shared with the community's fitness center, so there are often kids learning to swim. The outdoor pool belongs to the community, and hotel guests can't use it, which is a minor drawback. However, the hotel does have a spa pool, a steam room, and hot stone recliners, where you can comfortably spend several hours. The hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast were incredibly rich and varied. I highly recommend this package!

The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped. The staff are also very friendly.
