I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I struggled to carry my two suitcases up the stairs after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help me with my luggage. When I asked for help, the front desk staff simply suggested that I push the door. As you can imagine, this was not very helpful and I found it disappointing. While the lack of assistance with my luggage was a downside, I did appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. However, I do hope that in the future, the hotel can provide more support for guests who may need assistance with their luggage. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As I requested, they prepared a room near the elevator, and the view from the window was amazing. The breakfast is in the basement, but the white walls make it a very nice space. There is a staircase that leads directly to the ground floor, and on sunny days you can see the blue sky. There is a wide variety of food, including vegan options, which is just wonderful. As the location faces the sea, I was able to quickly leave at dusk and take a very romantic walk, so it was a very satisfying stay. The smell of the room was soothing, and it was very clean.

Cozy little hotel with a very central location. Close to a lot of culture like the Royal Palace and all the alleys in Gamla Stan. Across the street, boats depart to Djurgården with Gröna Lund, Skansen and museums like Wasa.
