Our Star butler was very thoughtful, providing us with all the hotel information and even helping us with a late check-out. Even though we only stayed at Dongshe for one night, we were very satisfied overall! The hotel's location is also excellent. I've been staying at Dongshe since before the pandemic, so I'm a returning customer. Pretty much every time I pass through Xi'an each year, I stay here. The location is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. Plus, free parking is a definite bonus. Probably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Facilities and amenities all top tier. You can tell this is a luxury hotel immediately when you walk up to the main entrance. Bed and bathroom both very comfortable and the breakfast situation was next level. Cici and the rest of the hotel staff all provided an excellent experience. Will definitely stay here again next time i visit Xi’An.
