EASTERN HOUSE(Near Bell&Drum Tower City Wall)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were truly impressed by this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new — everything is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise and gave us much more than we expected. The laundry service was also perfectly organized and very convenient during our stay. The rooms, facilities, and common areas are all elegant and comfortable. The reception team was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Although English communication can sometimes be a little challenging in China, the staff always made a great effort to assist us and make our stay comfortable. A fantastic hotel with wonderful service. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our hotel stay was exceptional, largely due to the staff's incredible attention to detail. Housekeeping anticipated our needs perfectly, ensuring a generous supply of additional fresh towels was delivered to our room daily, alongside a prompt ice service. A standout touch was the daily provision of complimentary eye masks and hydrating face masks. While the hotel is not immediately adjacent to a subway station, requiring about a 15-minute walk, the outstanding amenities and top-tier service more than made up for the distance.

The staff were super helpful. The staff with surname of 成 was especially helpful in helping us send our luggages to our next hotel and helping us navigate the Chinese shipping service portal.

Eastern House was well located near the City wall and Muslim Quarter. Hotel was clean and provides daily afternoon tea for guests who returned to rest and recharge before heading out for dinner and night activities. Room was spacious too.

The best service from crew and the tour agents! We ended up booking Terra-cotta and Hua shan tour with them. Super helpful in recommending us itinerary and transportation options. Was looking forward to the Goodnight soup every night, plus lovely dessert over tea time! Location was perfect!
