The location was perfect for us, as we really enjoy exploring a new city on foot. There are many eateries within walking distance of the hotel, including the famous Tunjungan No. 39 restaurant, as well as major shopping malls like Tunjungan Plaza. The service provided by the staff was also excellent, from the front desk to the cleaning crew and even the security guard. We will definitely come back again.

The food was varied and absolutely delicious. The location is strategic, close to Tunjungan Street and Tunjungan Plaza. The hotel is clean and luxurious. God willing, I will return with my family if I come to Surabaya again. My family would definitely love it.

The location is super convenient, right on the main street. It's not noisy at night, and there's a convenience store right across the street, so no worries about food or drinks. Shopping is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is that there are no massage places nearby. I checked all three that showed up on the map, but they all turned out to be closed.

Very convenient and centralised location. Lots of food around. Walking distance to shopping mall. Hotel is well facilitated with pool and gym. Rooms are clean and bed is firm and comfortable. Service staff are helpful.

This is always my go to go hotel in Surabaya. Good location in Tunjungan street. Fairly new hotel so everything still in a good condition. I like breakfast variety as well. Totally recommended
