This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I'm in Vietnam. It's very close to my office, and the hotel itself is incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are all very polite, and the breakfast is excellent too.

We had an excellent stay at the Reyna Luxury Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, I really enjoyed the omelettes and waffles. The hotel is very close to the Hanoi convention center precinct so makes it the perfect location.
