Hanoi Grandeur Hotel

The location of this place is great. You can park right at the entrance. There's a popular cafe and a trendy noodle shop nearby, both very close and convenient for getting around. The decor is quite new. The biggest plus is that the room has a fan. The biggest downside, though, is that the floor-to-ceiling windows make the room incredibly hot. That fan truly saved my life; if I had to rely solely on the AC, I would have been miserable. Breakfast was just okay, very mediocre. Given the location, I'd recommend not booking a room with breakfast included. You can just go to that popular noodle shop, it's really good.

The room was well-equipped, and the cleanliness was decent. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cold; the cooling effect was just so-so, to be honest. But the service was genuinely good. We arrived in Hanoi very early and couldn't check in yet, but the front desk allowed us to store our luggage, so we didn't have to drag it around. A staff member even opened the door for us when we entered the hotel lobby. When we were about to take a taxi to the airport, a staff member helped us with our luggage, and they did the same when we checked in, which was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. It was also a quick taxi ride from Gia Lam train station.

We stayed for three nights in a connecting room on the second floor. The windows only faced the corridor, but that didn't bother us. The hotel has a good location, with many attractions essentially within walking distance. The breakfasts were decent, and the coffee was delicious. Housekeeping in the room wasn't very thorough (just look under the bed and you'll understand). There was an unpleasant incident with the laundry service. Our clothes were returned quickly, but it seemed like they weren't washed with detergent, as many stains remained. Overall, I wouldn't rule out staying here again.

The hotel, though small, was incredibly charming and full of pleasant surprises. The room was spotless, and the service was excellent—they even had a concierge! When checking in at the front desk, there were complimentary snacks and fresh fruit in the lobby, and the bananas were wonderfully soft and sweet. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, and you can easily walk to the night market. The breakfast was the best I've had at this price point; the food was incredibly fresh and exceeded all my expectations! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

I booked a room with a separate shower and toilet, but I couldn't quite manage it and ended up getting everything wet. After staying for 3 nights, I finally got pho for breakfast on the third morning, which was great. The breakfast selection is small but has fruit, which is just right! The location is also excellent.

The rooms are clean and don't smell moldy. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are friendly and polite. There are always free fruits, tea/coffee, and candies at the front desk, as well as a mini-fridge with drinks (for an additional charge). The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to Train Street, the market, the lake, etc. It's definitely worth the money, I recommend this hotel!
