The atmosphere is great! It's right next to Shenzhen Safari Park and close to Xili Lake subway station. The rooms are clean and come with smart toilets. They have complete conference facilities, free parking, and a free heated pool and gym. Excellent value for money!

The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and excellent water pressure, plus a full set of toiletries. It's quiet at night, and the mattress and pillows are just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process is quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The public areas are clean and odor-free. Overall, the value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same area. It's perfect for both business trips and short getaways. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time.

I especially want to commend the hotel's service: they informed us about ongoing renovations right from the start, allowed us a late checkout until 2 PM, and the breakfast service was top-notch. A pleasant surprise was direct access from level -1 to the swimming pool and gym; even though they're not self-operated, it was incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the room's automation was impressive, and the large windows provided great natural light. The big-screen TV with its picture frame design was a nice touch – watching the World Cup on it was fantastic!
