Vienna International Hotel Shenzhen University City Xili Branch

I stayed here twice in one week. The hotel's location is excellent; it's clean, hygienic, and conveniently located, especially being close to the university town, which made coming and going very easy. The service was great, and the breakfast was substantial. It's definitely worth staying again.

I chose the Vienna Hotel for my trip to Xili, Shenzhen this time, and the experience exceeded my expectations! I'd especially like to commend Front Desk Agent Xiao Wang. She was incredibly patient during check-in, explained everything clearly, and even proactively upgraded our room. She's really enthusiastic and efficient, always quick to resolve any issues, which made us feel very welcome.

This was my first stay at the Vienna International Hotel Shenzhen University Town Xili. The receptionist, Xiao Zhang, was very welcoming. The room decor was beautiful and cozy, and the breakfast selection was quite rich. Each floor also has its own laundry room, which is very convenient. My child studies at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, so I'll definitely be staying at the Vienna International Hotel Shenzhen University Town Xili whenever I visit in the future.

The room was clean and tidy, and everything felt brand new. The location is super convenient too. Highly recommend staying here!

The service was excellent, the hotel environment was elegant, and the facilities were complete. The front desk staff were very patient and enthusiastic.

The room was great, with a very comfortable mattress and smart curtains. It's conveniently located opposite a safari park, and there's a fitness center and swimming pool downstairs. The robot delivery service for food was a nice touch!

We booked the room half a month in advance, but when we arrived to check in around 5 PM, we were told the room hadn't been cleaned yet and we'd have to wait in the lobby. We waited for over an hour, and by 6 PM, no one had informed us our room was ready. This was absolutely terrible. After traveling for seven or eight hours, flying from Shanghai to the hotel, couldn't they have considered how tired guests would be? It's not like we arrived before 2 PM and needed the room cleaned then. After repeatedly urging them, we finally checked in at 6:30 PM. Contacting Ctrip customer service for assistance was quite reassuring; at least they considered it from the guest's perspective. During our stay, water kept dripping from above the room door. Fortunately, the staff were nice, so we just made do for a few days. Overall, this hotel can't compare to similar-class hotels in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions; the conditions in all aspects are very poor, and the breakfast quality is also lacking with nothing tasty.

A truly pleasant stay. The environment was clean and quiet, the service attentive and appropriate, and the facilities were top-notch. Its prime location makes it an excellent base for any trip. This hotel excels in all aspects – hygiene was impeccable, service was polite, and it was wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommend for your travels.

The atmosphere is great! It's right next to Shenzhen Safari Park and close to Xili Lake subway station. The rooms are clean and come with smart toilets. They have complete conference facilities, free parking, and a free heated pool and gym. Excellent value for money!
