Pros: The room was spacious enough for the three of us, clean, and smelled fresh. The AC was cold and quiet. The cleaning lady was also very nice and polite. They do not provide bottled water, but there is a water station near the elevator on every floor. Breakfast had a decent selection and starts early at 6 AM. Velocity Mall is also about a 10–15-minute walk away. Cons: The bed felt slightly damp, and check-in took a little longer because they initially could not find my reservation in the system. The hotel is not within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, although it is easy enough to get around by bus or Grab. One small inconvenience was that for items like utensils or food deliveries, we were told that we need to go down to the lobby to collect them. Overall, it was a comfortable and decent stay. A bit of an older hotel, but they deliver. Big room, full bathroom, 3 functioning elevators. There's a water refilling station on every floor. Outside corridor is fully airconditioned as well. O emjoyed my stay.

Great location, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an MRT station nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The room is a decent size, comfortable, and suitable for a pleasant stay.

What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service—every request was met with a genuine smile and prompt attention. Hotel Royal Newton exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay. I will certainly return.
