The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore

The staff were all very kind and the breakfast was delicious, which I really appreciated. My only minor suggestion would be for them to pay a little more attention to room maintenance (the sink was clogged and the hairdryer wasn't working).

I really loved the hotel's gym and spa area, which has a sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, but they're separated into male and female zones, so unfortunately, couples can't use them together. The location is super. You can walk across a pedestrian bridge to the malls where you can find everything you need. The view from the window is amazing, especially at night – you can even take a bath with a beautiful view.

We arrived at 8:30 AM, and our reserved room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff saw that we were tired and traveling with a small child. After getting our consent, she kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to get our room key early and rest. We're very grateful to this female staff member, though it's a pity we didn't catch her name. Overall, the hotel's dining and room service were excellent. We'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton again on our next visit to Singapore.

Fantastic! Absolutely amazing, the service was top-notch. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. We were given our room very early, and it was spacious and excellent. Seriously impressive! We'll definitely be back to stay again!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Marina Bay Sands, making it convenient to get around. The environment and service are also great. I booked a room with breakfast, but unfortunately didn't have time to try it, so I can't comment on the variety, but I'm sure the quality would have been good. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the room was tidied daily and turn-down service was provided. They were very generous with water, leaving about 8 bottles daily. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

High-floor twin room with a stunning Cold Bay view. I emailed the hotel with a few requests in advance, and they were all accommodated. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices that changed daily. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore!

The facilities are old, yet expensive. The toilet on the upper floor was leaking, indicating terrible maintenance. During my stay, the door battery failed, and I couldn't open the door for an hour. The glasses at the breakfast buffet were cracked. This hotel is definitely not worth the price.
