Fairmont Hanoi

A brand new Fairmont with a touch of style, representing modern hospitality in Hanoi. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, and every service reflects professional training. The breakfast meets high-end hotel standards, and the pool is simply perfect.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, allowing easy walking access to many of Hanoi's attractions. Opened earlier this year, it features a modern design and brand-new facilities. Their wellness center is a must-visit, with two pools. One is an outdoor rooftop pool, offering a fantastic resort-like vibe. The other, an indoor heated pool on the second basement level, is fully equipped and high-end, complete with a Jacuzzi and a meditation room. The service was attentive and enthusiastic; many of the hotel staff are young, and I felt a vibrant warmth from them. I'd like to extend a special thanks to HANNA, RACHELLE, and other staff members from the concierge team. They provided immense help during my stay, handling many things and making me feel right at home. They truly deserve recognition!

A beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent service!

The room was incredibly noisy. There was a construction site across the street, and the demolition went on all night long. The Cirua Experience Center wasn't even ready. The overall environment was just so-so and definitely not worth the price. It was far too loud; when I opened the curtains, all I could see was the construction site opposite.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are very complete and new. The staff are all very friendly. Both the YY Bar and the Japanese restaurant have delicious food.

The hotel is good, but breakfast isn't a buffet; you have to order, and the options are limited. However, the environment and facilities are top-notch.

The hotel is beautiful and refined, with a strong French colonial charm. It will definitely be my top choice again next time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!
