Location is great and most importantly the room and it bed are comfortable. I have a good sleep after my gym , steambath and sauna detoxification session. Parking is free and Seaviewed.

The room was clean and tidy, and we even got some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when we checked in – delicious! 😋 We could even catch a glimpse of the sea. 😄 Breakfast was quite varied, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. 👍🏻 Great value for money!

The room was very spacious, and there were several delicious restaurants right across the street downstairs, including a local Nyonya cuisine spot and a Korean BBQ place. Taxis were easy to hail, making it convenient to get anywhere. The outdoor swimming pool was incredibly comfortable; a swim in the evening was absolutely delightful.

we had a comfortable stay, the room was big and spacious, except that we found a small cockroach in the room which probably came from between the cracks. anyway that didn’t bother us too much because we spotted and killed it straight away, but they should probably look into it. hotel staff was nice enough to fold a towel swan and even prepared a cake for us in celebration of our honeymoon. they also gave us welcome cookies upon check in which were really delicious! we will be back to stay! thank you for the warm hospitality~

I love the swimming pool, can see overall view of malacca. The room was clean. Accommodating staffs. I did request for early check in. Mr Amm was so helpful and attentive, hearing I had a long journey to the hotel. He did tried his best to look for avaliable room for my early check in and also given us warm cookies to fill up our stomach. Once I had check in the hotel. Ur management stafff Fatin, Alif had been WhatsApp me concerning how were our stay. And if I need anything. I can contact them. The stay felt like you are not just stay in the hotel, but like a family. Having 2 days breakfast at your hotel, at the salads bar, there wasn't any pamesan cheese . So when I approached your staff for some pamesan. They really go out of thier way to bring me some. Thank you to all ur staffs for so helpful n thoughtfulness.

The decor is nice, I like the simple and practical style. The environment is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, the front desk staff are very professional and articulate. When I called the front desk for supplies, the lady who answered carefully noted everything down, without any mistakes. The WiFi is better than Courtyard's. The breakfast is abundant; even with cultural differences, there were many items I enjoyed, so I'm content. However, the air conditioning is a bit noisy. If that could be improved, it would be perfect.
