I have stayed at this hotel five times for business trips. The hotel is clean enough, but personal safety is not guaranteed.
On January 14, 2026, during my fourth stay, I drank too much at a business dinner. Around 11:00 p.m., after I returned to the hotel, I fell asleep in the corridor on my floor, near the elevator. I did not wake up until 5:00 a.m. because of the cold. During this time, no hotel staff noticed that I was sleeping next to the elevator.
The next morning, I asked the hotel to show me the CCTV footage. I wanted to make sure that no one, including other guests, had any contact with me during that time.
Because I was in a hurry to go to another place, the front desk helped me check for about 30 minutes, but they still could not find the footage. I had no choice but to leave first.
Later, I asked the hotel to send the CCTV footage to my Zalo, but the hotel refused, saying it was commercial confidential information. After that, the hotel sent me an investigation report and said they would provide the CCTV footage the next time I stayed at the hotel. I agreed.
Today, March 1, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., during my fifth stay, I asked the hotel to keep their promise and give me the CCTV footage. The staff said they needed the manager’s approval, but the manager was not at work. They said they could only ask after 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. However, I will leave the hotel very early tomorrow for work.
I may never see the CCTV footage, and I will never choose this five-star hotel again. Everything above is my objective description, and I have chat records as proof. To be honest, I now have some doubts about the reality of that investigation report.
