It's definitely the top hotel choice for anyone visiting Lhasa, Tibet.

The rooms are equipped with oxygen and humidifiers, which is very useful, and you can also use them for nasal breathing. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive, and they will proactively help with luggage, even offering Rhodiola. The stay was very comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and the room was clean and hygienic. The hotel also provides an indoor shuttle service, which can take you to attractions like the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, making transportation very convenient. It's also within walking distance to many places. Although it's not in the city center, transportation is still easy. The hotel courtyard is beautiful, with a ******* style, and you can even dress up in ******* clothing for beautiful photos. Breakfast is plentiful, with lots of fruits and vegetables, and they replenish the dishes very promptly.

Upon arrival, if you need oxygen, there's an oxygen machine available, plus in-room diffuse oxygen supply and nasal oxygen from 4 PM daily. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning and tidying. Environment: Strongly Tibetan-themed, providing an immersive experience. Service: Excellent room service, with hot drinking water delivered daily upon request. There's a self-service laundry and dryer on the fourth floor, and you can dry clothes in your room or use the communal drying area. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including *******, mainland Chinese, and Western options, plus fresh fruit 👍. City transfers: This is a great perk; you can book in advance for transfers to nearby tourist spots, very convenient for newcomers unfamiliar with the area. You can also book local tours at the lobby; any inquiries are met with enthusiastic and detailed responses.

Since our rental car couldn't be dropped off at the airport, we urgently contacted the hotel for an airport pick-up before our flight. To our surprise, it was a Lexus! The driver was already waiting for us at the airport and warmly presented us with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf). The hotel itself has a very distinct ******* character, and you can see mountain views from across the street. Our room number was also super charming! They provide medical-grade Yuyue oxygen concentrators, which were very effective in alleviating altitude sickness on our first day. After a good night's sleep, my headache was gone the next morning. Breakfast was plentiful, featuring ******* noodles, sweet tea, yak butter tea, and tsampa. The staff patiently taught our child how to prepare them. There were also quite a few foreign guests staying at the hotel. I highly recommend it! Additionally, there's a Northeast Chinese restaurant (now converted into a bar) nearby that's very authentic; we ended up eating there two nights in a row.

This is one of those hotels you'll want to return to after you've left. The name is long and hard to remember, but the stay will leave a lasting impression. My husband and I stayed here in Lhasa, and the ladies at the front desk, along with the front desk manager, gave us a warm welcome and explanation. They even upgraded us to a family deluxe room with a view of the Potala Palace, which is stunning at night. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and exceptionally clean, and the dispersed oxygen supply ensured we slept well during our high-altitude trip. The hotel itself is like a museum, with its decor showcasing authentic ******* style, allowing you to experience ******* culture right on site. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a delicious selection of Chinese, Western, and ******* cuisines. The first-floor restaurant has both Chinese and Western set meals, as well as an authentic ******* restaurant, making dining and staying very convenient. What's most commendable is the location. It's less than a 15 RMB taxi ride to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and the Tibet Museum. Getting onto the highway is also very easy. All in all, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa and will recommend it to our friends. When I visited Lhasa this time, I specifically chose Xuelong Manor. It has a ******* style, and I stayed in a triple room with one 2-meter bed and two single beds. The room was very spacious and had two wall-mounted oxygen concentrators and a humidifier. They also provide central diffused oxygen for 18 hours, from 4 PM to 8 AM, and you can even use a nasal cannula for individual oxygen. This greatly alleviated our altitude sickness, and I experienced almost no symptoms, making all our daily excursions smooth. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel also has two other restaurants serving ******* food and Sichuan/Cantonese cuisine. Taxis are convenient in Lhasa; it only takes about ten minutes to get to Jokhang Temple or Potala Palace from the hotel. Being by the Lhasa River, it's relatively quiet. The hotel has a 24-hour laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and a drying area, plus an underground parking lot.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Any issues were resolved quickly. They also offer sweet tea. The laundry room on the fourth floor is convenient, and the massage chairs on the second floor are great and comfortable.

This hotel is perfect for experiencing ******* culture the moment you arrive in Lhasa. From the courtyard to the restaurant and lobby, every staff member is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The breakfast offers a mix of Western and Chinese options, catering to all tastes. The hotel even has a café for snacks, a ******* restaurant, and a Cantonese fusion restaurant—it's absolutely perfect! There are free ******* clothes in the lobby, and the staff personally help guests try them on. They also offer a shuttle service to major attractions in the city. It's one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

Xuelong Manor, located on a river island south of Lhasa, boasts a beautiful riverside setting. It's conveniently close to popular attractions like Potala Palace, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. The hotel features Tibetan-style decor with excellent facilities, including diffused oxygen supply and portable professional oxygen concentrators. Dining options are abundant, with a lavish breakfast spread and various restaurants offering Sichuan, *******, and Western cuisines. The service is exceptional, particularly the front desk staff who are friendly and enthusiastic. Our family of three received a suite upgrade, and the front desk kindly stored our oxygen cylinders for us. The bedding is comfortable, and the overall environment is peaceful. My only minor complaint is that the upgraded suite had central air conditioning ducts above the bedroom, causing a low-frequency noise at night. I hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, it's highly recommended for families and friends traveling together!
