Service: The service was impeccable, providing an excellent emotional experience even before check-in. The view from the window was great, and they provided many complimentary items. The driver who took us to the station drove very smoothly. Cleanliness: There were some spots on the window, which unfortunately affected the quality of outdoor photos. Also, I was a bit uncomfortable with the restaurant cutlery being placed directly on the table. Environment: It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, very close to Suzhou Creek and the Postal Museum. Facilities: Decent. Breakfast was just average. Additionally, it would be better if the drinks and snacks in the room had clearer labels indicating whether they were complimentary or chargeable. Overall, I found it a bit overpriced, neither particularly good nor bad.

The room offers a direct view of the Huangpu River bend, with stunning panoramic vistas of the Pudong skyscrapers. It's right next to the Suzhou River, which, after its revitalization, is not only picturesque but also culturally rich. What's truly remarkable is how peaceful the hotel surroundings are; whether it's an evening stroll or a morning jog, it feels like being in a resort, which is hard to believe given its proximity to the city center. The hotel staff are all quite young, communicative, and proactive in resolving any issues, which is a rare find and greatly appreciated by guests. Even though it was just a one-day stay, it was a truly exceptional experience, highly recommended!

Traveling with two kids, we booked a twin room. The only minor issue was the beds were a bit small, but everything else was excellent. Seeing we had two children, the hotel even provided an extra breakfast. The breakfast was truly delicious, and the spicy sauce with the beef noodles was fantastic. The service was also top-notch. This was my first stay at a Bvlgari hotel, and compared to other five-star establishments, the quality is distinctly superior. I've stayed at the Banyan Tree on the Bund and J Hotel at Shanghai Tower, and neither matched this level of service. I'm definitely a fan! When we went to the pool, every resting area had dry towels, and they even offered snacks, fruit, and iced water. When my child choked and threw up after getting out of the water, they immediately brought water for them to rinse their mouth. The staff also constantly monitored pool safety. It's truly the little details that highlight the exceptional quality.

Got an upgraded room, and the service was excellent! Also had a meal there, the view was beautiful, and the night view was even better! Definitely want to stay again if I get the chance!!!!

The front desk service was excellent and very responsive. The room, view, and facilities were all fantastic, and the service attitude was great. The bedding was the most appealing part for me. Overall, it was good, but what I absolutely cannot comprehend is finding an insect in the Bulgari breakfast, which was delivered to my room by the hotel. I've never encountered anything like this at a hotel before; it's completely outrageous and simply unbelievable.

The experience wasn't as good as last time. Previously, the front desk and manager were incredibly helpful, even upgrading my room for free when I wasn't happy with the room type – that really left a great impression! This time, the front desk wouldn't even offer a complimentary upgrade, which really brought down the overall experience. The bedding, however, was as comfortable as always, and the overall service is still decent!

The Bulgari Hotel's shoe care service is a unique touch. The room was clean and tidy, with a pleasant, relaxing scent. The customer service from Trip.com was excellent.

Every detail exuded a high-end, bespoke quality, making the trip absolutely worthwhile! Hotel manager Jack was incredibly thoughtful and kind! He spoke so gently and patiently explained the room facilities and surrounding area when we first entered. He provided a lot of assistance during our stay. As I was traveling while breastfeeding, he even helped prepare ice packs for milk storage during check-out. The service was truly comprehensive and meticulous.

Upon checking into the room, I was greeted with snacks and fruit. Turndown service included a wellness tea, lip balm, and hand cream! The breakfast, delivered to the room, was a beautifully presented and special treat!
