Apart Hotel Solaris

We loved the hotel! It's perfectly located near restaurants and other activities. Our flight arrived very late, but the manager came down to help us, and her service was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed that the room had air conditioning and a refrigerator! This is especially important because it's summer in Europe, and many hotels don't have AC. It's cool enough outside at night, but a sealed room without AC gets really hot (and I'm hesitant to open the window for safety reasons). The host, Betty, was incredibly friendly. She responded quickly to my questions on WhatsApp and even helped me with parking (there's space for up to two cars in front of the building). I'm very grateful for her help! Before check-in, Betty sends a guide, including instructions on how to open the hotel door and self-collect the key (Trip.com also sends this information). However, she lives on-site, so you can always reach her directly via WhatsApp using the hotel's contact number if you have any issues.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was arranged to stay at a different hotel on the first night. They even provided transportation back and forth knowing I had other plans the next day. I am extremely satisfied with how the hotel handled the situation. The reception staff were very friendly.

The treatment we received from the managers was unbeatable. They solved any issues we had via WhatsApp even before we arrived. While we were there, they allowed us some flexibility to leave our luggage before we departed. The value for money is very good.

I actually wasn't able to stay at this hotel on the day of my reservation due to a hotel-related issue, so my review will be for a different hotel. Even so, the staff at *this* hotel took care of me until the very end, including escorting me to the bus after check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
