I stayed for several days and absolutely loved the Hong Kong Hop Inn. It's my top choice when traveling with kids! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The biggest advantage is the size of the rooms! In Hong Kong, rooms ranging from 30-60㎡ here are simply heaven. The rooms are very new, with a modern minimalist decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom features Kohler fixtures. There's also a coffee machine/coffee capsules, USB charging ports, and other thoughtful details. Charles Lee at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly, and provided professional service 👍. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful ❤️, making us feel right at home – it was truly great! I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😍

There's a large supermarket and a shopping mall near the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. The room attendants were also very polite and didn't show any discrimination towards mainland guests (I had initially worried about this due to media reports, but it wasn't the case at all). It would have been absolutely perfect if the air conditioning in the room was a bit quieter. I also want to thank the staff at the entrance of the 18th floor. On my last day, my U-step ride couldn't find the correct location, and she kindly gave me the accurate address, which I immediately updated. This saved me from a lot of trouble later on. Thank you to the kind lady at the entrance and the handsome gentlemen at the concierge desk on the 18th floor. You are all so kind and your work is truly outstanding [strong emoji]! The room was surprisingly spacious, a rare find in Hong Kong for this price and location. It's located within the Hopewell Centre, and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, but the true highlight of our stay was the incredible service from Jennie and Christopher at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like VIPs. Christopher checked us in with a warm smile and incredible efficiency. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and gave us fantastic local recommendations that we wouldn't have found on our own. His genuine enthusiasm for the city was contagious! Jennie was equally amazing. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request regarding our room and even remembered our names whenever we passed by the lobby. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—but it’s the staff that make a place feel like home. My stay at The Hopewell Hotel this time was exceptionally heartwarming. I received a hand-drawn greeting card and exquisite handmade chocolates prepared by Janice Yeung – so much sincerity! The service was thoughtful and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong!
