Spotlessly clean, they upgraded me to a suite on top of accommodating me for a very early check in, also gave me late check out. I could not have had a better experience. Will only stay & recommend staying here in Madinah.

Hotel was on the main road. Near to masjid. Walking distance to masjid for praying. Breakfast was good and have many choices too. Room was big & spacious. Clean room & toilet. Very comfortable to stay with family. Recommended to stay here.. will be coming back to stay in this hotel again.tq

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk to gate 21 of Haram and about 15-20 minute walk to Rawda.

One of best 5 stars hotel in Madina where reasonable price very testy breakfast 🍳 clean facilities cheerfully employees especially Ghadeer in reception. Highly recommended if you visit Prophet Mohammed Peace on him Mousque.

This is one of best hotels in Madinah. Very good customer service. Their mattresses are extremely comfortable and food is delicious. On the more expensive side but worth it.

Trip.com described Sofitel as a leading premium hotel and we were so excited to give a try. But it turned out to be not quite accurate : 1. The hotel layout, its setting in particular the lobby area and reception is so small and does not exude any premium vibes. 2. The lifts, are also quite tiny and if a wheelchair user gets in, then it feels crowded already. 3. The room once we entered was not fully ready eg wrong name displayed on tv screen, bathrobe not hung as it should be, no towels etc etc. Pls refer to the pictures attached.

They are amazing from the reception staff who provided free upgrade and quick check in process. The free mini bar in my suite. The view. The restaurant and the breakfast. They are busy all times but their work is outstanding. The room service are excellent. The porters are amazing too welling to help even with busy steeet. Thank you for all of you, as Saudi you made me proud.
