Furama Resort Danang

Had a great experience staying at this luxury resort. Booked for 03 nights stay and got upgraded from a garden view to Ocean view room. Services were excellent. Location is great with quick access to the resorts private beach.

Stayed at Furama Da Nang Beach Resort for a business trip and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after meetings. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace in the room was very convenient. The staff were professional, attentive, and efficient, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The beachfront setting was an added bonus, providing a great balance between work and relaxation. Moreover, the hotel offer a complimentary 30 minutes massage with voucher to utilise in their hotel. It was great!

Stayed with my family. Really relaxing stay at a lovely resort. The staff were very attentive and were always available to help. Multiple pools is a great touch and access to the beach. However, there always seemed to be a shortage of sun beds. Would have been great if there were more available by the pools.

The claimed five-star status does not correspond to reality. The room was frankly rundown: worn-out furniture, stains on the sofa and surfaces, a small TV, dust behind the nightstand that cleaners didn't touch, and a constant sound of running water from the bathroom. The restaurant was appalling due to unsanitary conditions: dirty cutlery (old grease on forks, smudges on cups), flies, tablecloths with stains from previous guests that were merely covered with napkins. Food that fell under the table was not cleaned up. The only case of an intestinal upset during the entire trip occurred precisely when we exclusively dined at the hotel. The service was also disappointing. Late checkout was denied, even though rooms were available online. The welcome massage disappeared from the list of services, and the fruit basket vanished from the room. The most serious concern was safety. After shoes went missing by the pool, it turned out that there was no camera in that area, and the hotel provides no means to ensure the safety of guests' belongings.

Great place to stay with family. Loved the food and how close it is to the entertainment within the city

While check in took a little longer than expected, I was fully surprised by the exceptional treatment of being given a free upgrade to a villa (S21). Service from all staff I encountered was always friendly, prompt with all my requests fulfilled. The staff responded very promptly when I called to seek help after I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom when I had forgotten to bring my card key with me and was in a rush to leave for a meeting.
