W Singapore – Sentosa Cove

The room was clean and tidy, and they even did a second tidy-up after I checked in. Overall, it was great.

I booked this hotel specifically for its two 1.5*2 double beds, which were perfect for our family of three to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The hotel service was also good. However, its location is a bit deep inside Sentosa. While there's a free shuttle bus, we opted for taxis when going out for better efficiency.

For our Singapore vacation, we chose the W Hotel Sentosa, and the overall experience was simply perfect. It's definitely the top choice for a luxurious yet relaxed stay on Sentosa, truly embodying that sophisticated island getaway vibe! The hotel's location is superb, nestled by the tranquil private yacht marina of Sentosa Cove, far from the city's hustle and bustle, offering excellent privacy. From our window, we had stunning views of the blue sea and numerous luxury yachts. In the evening, we could admire breathtaking bay sunsets, and at night, gaze at the sparkling city skyline. The scenery was both therapeutic and picture-perfect. Getting around was also incredibly convenient; a short drive took us to Sentosa's main attractions like Universal Studios and the S.E.A. Aquarium, making it ideal for both sightseeing and accommodation. The hotel's design is incredibly trendy and stylish, showcasing the iconic W luxury aesthetic. The lobby is very artistic, with lighting and mirror designs that create an amazing atmosphere, making every corner an Instagrammable spot. The guest rooms are spacious, tidy, and exquisitely laid out, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a view-facing bathtub. The amenities are comprehensive, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, keeping the room consistently clean and fresh – the attention to detail was truly impressive. The hotel's facilities are remarkably complete. The huge, 'Instagram-famous' WET pool is a major highlight, with clean and clear water, complemented by a poolside bar. Swimming and relaxing there in the afternoon created an incredible ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, combining both Western and Asian options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, catering to diverse dietary preferences. What was most heartwarming was the hotel's service. All the staff members were warm, polite, and responded quickly. Especially noteworthy was the housekeeper (pictured in photo five) who thoughtfully prepared a sleep spray! Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless, with attentive and thorough service throughout. Any requests were handled patiently and meticulously, resulting in an excellent overall experience. Overall, this hotel combines beauty, comfort, and quality. It's private and quiet, with stunning views and thoughtful service, making it perfectly suited for both romantic getaways and leisurely trips. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore!

Overall, I was really looking forward to this Sentosa trip. The general vibe was pretty good, with lots of foreigners, giving it a strong vacation feel. However, the hotel's facilities and style definitely need an upgrade. Over 3000 a night during a holiday isn't cheap at all. I feel like for that price, they could offer a much better value. But the staff were very friendly, both at the front desk and outside.

This is a great hotel on Sentosa, offering excellent Marriott-standard service. There's a convenient shuttle bus to and from VivoCity. It was our anniversary, and they even provided decorations and a cake. The breakfast spread was also quite good. While the room rate wasn't cheap, it was definitely worth the money.

The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, and the rooms are spacious and clean. They provide purified water, so you can bring a reusable bottle, as bottled water is expensive in Singapore. The hotel's spa pool and basic spa services are all free. The room rate also includes bus and monorail fares on Sentosa Island. The staff are all very professional, smiling, and proactive in asking if you need assistance. Turndown service is provided by default. The breakfast offers a wide variety and looks great, though the taste is just passable.

Great environment, satisfactory service, and they offer Chinese-speaking staff.
