The hotel's location is a bit far from Resorts World, requiring a shuttle bus and then an MRT transfer to get there. The upside is that it's quiet, close to the yacht marina with nice views, and you can even see Marina Bay Sands from the room. The bed was a little too soft, and the air conditioning was quite strong, but the service was good.

The twin room was very spacious, and the entire room was super clean. The service was also excellent. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Singapore so far, this one is definitely my favorite. The only downside was that it was quite expensive because I booked it during Chinese New Year. My only regret is that it poured all day on the day I checked in, so I didn't get to experience anything outside the hotel. I only got to enjoy the check-in process and the room itself. The next day, after breakfast, we checked out and went to Universal Studios. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time if I get the chance.

Most of the staff at the hotel speak Chinese, which was really helpful. They even offered us drinks when we checked in, and both of my kids loved them! My children also got lollipops and little duck toys, which was a nice touch. The double bed was huge, easily big enough for one adult and one child. The location is super convenient too, with the free B bus stop right outside. We were even able to see Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer from our room window!

Out of the five hotels I stayed at during my trip, including various Marriott and five-star properties, the W's service was truly disappointing. When we first arrived, the concierge didn't help with our luggage or even acknowledge our car. The three of us carried our bags right past her, and it felt like she deliberately avoided helping. In this day and age, after traveling all over the world, I can't understand this kind of 'discrimination' or where their superior attitude comes from. It's truly baffling.
