I’m thankful for the front desk! The guy escorted me to my room and explained everything. I was greeted warmly. The room is fantastic, and so the location which is near the metro. I’ll definitely stay again here when I comeback, hopefully soon. 100% great service. Even got a late check out for free.

I originally just wanted a hotel close to Shibati, but ended up having a really good stay. The front desk staff, Xiao Long and Xiao Zhou, saw that we had a baby and immediately helped us with the stroller and luggage. They were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities met our basic needs, and we could even take a bath. The cleanliness was also good.

This is my second time staying this hotel. First stay was from 21st to 24th Dec 2025. Second stay from 28th Dec 2025 to 2nd Jan 2026. We booked River View bathtub double bed room type with cinema projection. The view from the hotel was great - facing the river. Room was clean and nice. Staff service was excellent. Location was perfect. Just next to Chaotianmen mtr exit 1 and wholesale shopping mall. Short walking distance to Raffles city mall. The only troublesome is that we need to change lift as the lift doesn't serve every floor. You'll get used to it. Overall Satisfied.

The hotel is located at a super location. It is opposite Raffles City and surrounded by alot of wholesale malls and restaurants. It is also about 20 mins walk to Jiefangbei. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. All the 3 rooms i booked had fantastic view as it oversee Raffles City and the river. We were satisfied of their services. Strongly recommended if you are going to Chongqing.

Hygiene: Pretty good. The toilet water pressure was a bit low, but it wasn't a major issue and could be managed. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. Raffles City, Chaotianmen Square are right downstairs, and it's very close to the subway station. There are also many shops nearby, including a Lawson, which is very convenient. It's also an easy walk to Hongyadong. Service: The service attitude was good, and everyone was very enthusiastic.

not a bad hotel for a short trip. The heater wasn't working, only the air conditioner. the staff was nice. the place meets expectations and is in line with price and quality. The view was amazing!
