Chongqing Yunmu Lijin High-altitude River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles City Branch)

Great location! Easy to find, and surrounded by attractions. You can see Raffles City from the window! The hygiene and environment are both excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel building is easy to find, a hub for various high-rise hotel brands. It's right by exits 1 or 4 of Chaotianmen Station on Line 1. Staying here is very convenient, away from the bustling areas, with Raffles City just across the street for easy access to food and drinks. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, hygienic, and spacious. Check-in is on the 21st floor, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a heads-up, hotels these days don't provide bath towels anymore, only disposables, so it's better to bring your own.

The hotel front desk is tiny, and the rooms are a bit hard to find because there are many different hotels in the same building. Our room was split into two levels, and we were assigned the upper floor, which meant we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. This wasn't mentioned when booking, and it's quite inconvenient with elderly people and children. The bathroom door didn't close properly, so water splashed all over the floor. There was no air conditioning. Overall, it was okay, but not very convenient.

The room isn't soundproof at all, it's incredibly noisy and I couldn't sleep. Plus, the door lock could be opened from the outside at any time, and there was a wide gap under the door where you could see inside, which felt very unsafe.

The location is fantastic, right downstairs from Metro Line 1 and directly opposite Raffles City. Hongyadong and Jiefangbei are both nearby. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Thanks to Xiaolong and Xiaozhou for their service! I left my jacket at the hotel, and they even called me specifically to remind me to pick it up. Thank you!

I stayed here alone with three kids in one room. The location is excellent, right across from Raffles City. It's also a very short walk to Hongyadong. The place was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk saw I had three children and specially brought three pairs of slippers. She even gave the kids three big bags of cookies! The price was very reasonable too.

The room was clean and odor-free. The bathtub takes two hours to fill, so you can inform the front desk in advance to help fill it. The view is nice, but unfortunately, the river view from this room is partially blocked by Raffles City. Xiao Long and Xiao Zhou provided excellent service.
