Great hotel, highly recommended! The room is spacious and has everything you need. Housekeeping comes daily, everything is spotless, towels and bed linen are snow-white, the bed is big and soft, and there is even a minibar. The shower gel was an absolute highlight—the scent is just amazing! It's a small detail, but it made me very happy. Another big plus is the placement of the air conditioner: it's located above the entrance door, so it doesn't blow directly at you. The location is very convenient—you step out of the hotel and can walk from one attraction to the next. The breakfasts are delicious and very filling. On top of all this, the room rate is very reasonable. If I visit Tashkent again, I will definitely stay here!

Her warm hospitality, professionalism, and quick assistance made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure, and I will definitely stay here again!

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, but there are a few caveats. The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice atmosphere. However, the room turned out to be quite compact. I must specially mention the window: it faces directly onto the elevator shaft, which creates an unpleasant claustrophobic feeling and is noisy. Breakfasts are average, nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry. A huge special thanks to Diyora at the front desk! She is very helpful and sociable, a true professional!! They accommodated our request and let us leave our bags until the evening after check-out, which was a huge lifesaver. The hotel is about a twenty-minute drive from the train station, located in a very quiet area. It's also not far from attractions like the airport and Independence Square, and a twenty-minute taxi ride to the Central Asian Plov Center. The room was small, and I had to put the duvet into its cover myself. The renovation smell was too strong; I didn't dare open the window wide at night for fear of catching a cold. The shower was spacious and the hot water was fine, but the details were lacking, for example, the shampoo and shower gel weren't labeled. The breakfast selection was limited; they should add more vegetables and freshly prepared options. I can only say it was enough to fill up. It's not as good as another nearby hotel (I stayed there for one night when I first arrived in Tashkent, trying this one on my return). At 400 per night, it's not good value for money.

The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. There's a commercial area nearby, so dining is very easy. The front desk staff can speak English, and most of your needs can be met. The staff member named XASAN was very enthusiastic and professional, as well as handsome and friendly. We were very satisfied with our two-day stay.

The cleanliness here wasn't absolutely perfect, but the staff's cleaning service was very thorough and attentive. There were many breakfast options. The location might be a bit secluded and quiet, but it was also very safe, and it was peaceful at night with excellent soundproofing. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Diyora and Ogabek! The most important thing was having an elevator, so neither the staff nor I had to carry luggage!
