Busan Yeongmu Parade Hotel Haeundae Beach

How should I put this? Besides the ambiance and the breakfast, there isn't much else positive to say about this hotel. The breakfast was quite good – even though you have to clear your own dishes, the staff were very friendly. The restaurant is on the rooftop with excellent views, perfect for photos. However, other services left a lot to be desired. On the first night, I noticed the room only had power outlets, no USB ports. When I asked the front desk attendant why, he lectured me, saying that facilities weren't important, but service was, and that if I needed an adapter, the hotel could lend me one. While he said it, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Although the room offered a sea view, the cleanliness was just average. I found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. The bedding, though seemingly washed, had sheets and pillowcases that looked a bit discolored, as if they couldn't be cleaned properly. What was even more disturbing was that on the morning of check-out, around 6 AM, someone suddenly tried to open my room door from the outside. Through the peephole, I saw it was a man. I yelled 'wrong room!' and he left. Later, when I stepped out, I found a tissue at my door. I asked the front desk to check the surveillance footage. They claimed it wasn't a hotel guest, but a drunk guest from a small hotel next door who had gotten the wrong room, and that the hotel would not offer any compensation. A major issue with this hotel is that you don't need a key card to access the guest room floors, which poses a significant security risk. I hope the hotel addresses this.

What more can I say about this sea view? It's perfect! The room was clean and quiet, so I slept really well. It even came with an LG Styler, which was super convenient and cool for drying clothes and steam ironing. However, the hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, with no English signs, making it quite inconspicuous.

The room was on a high floor with an excellent view, and the in-room garment steamer was very practical. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit narrow, but it was perfectly adequate. I'd consider staying here again.
