Evergreen Cafe and Hotel

Choosing to stay at this guesthouse in Chiang Mai was one of the best decisions we made this year! The ground floor is a cafe with kittens and merchandise for sale, while the second floor houses several guesthouse rooms. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and you're greeted with a pleasant aroma (my friend and I even took a picture of the diffuser so we could buy the same one!). Each guest receives a complimentary drink from the cafe daily, as well as access to some food and beverages in the guesthouse's common areas. The staff communicate perfectly in English and kindly address all your needs, creating a sense of reassurance. There aren't many guests, and everyone implicitly respects the rules, making an effort to be quiet when entering the guesthouse areas. There are so many other small details that highlight a rare beauty of human kindness, too numerous to list – you just have to experience them. In Chiang Mai, a city with such a unique character where everything seems to grow wild, being able to briefly enjoy such a peaceful sanctuary feels like lingering between reality and a dream. You experience tranquility, peace, friendliness, and order – everything beautiful, truly a stroke of luck. It was hard to leave. Looking at the photo wall and message board, I ultimately didn't leave a single word, I just know: I will definitely be back. P.S. Evergreen, I miss you so much. Chiang Mai, I miss you so much, even though I just left!!!!

I stayed in Chiang Mai for 5 days. On the last day, I parted ways with my friends, so I chose this hotel myself, and it was excellent value for money. The hotel is Japanese-style, perfectly embodying the concept of small and beautiful. There's a 7-Eleven just over 100 meters away, and it's not far from attractions. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. There's a café downstairs, where I could enjoy two cups of coffee each day—the coffee was fragrant and delicious! The staff were all warm and friendly. The manager, a beautiful and slim girl who looked like a Thai actress, carried my suitcase and escorted me to the second floor, also recommending many nearby attractions. The male owner, originally from Guangdong, China, was very patient and kind. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning next time!

The environment is very quiet and comfortable. I am awakened by the aroma of coffee every day. I have been deeply attracted by the matcha latte. The staff are also super friendly. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Chiang Mai!
