Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel's hygiene was appalling. I checked in late on the first night, around 11 PM, and went straight to bed. The next morning, I discovered the bedsheets were covered in disgusting yellow stains. Because I was only staying for two nights, I immediately asked to check out at the front desk. They refused, claiming I hadn't noticed it upon check-in, implying there was no issue. The hotel service was terrible. After I complained, they moved me to a smaller room with a worse view than the first one. I didn't agree to it, and they dragged their feet. It was only after communicating through Trip.com that they finally gave me a slightly better room. Moreover, most of the hotel staff are Indian, and it's located in the Indian district, so many guests are Indian tour groups. This hotel is really not suitable for staying.

I've stayed here more than once. Overall, it's good. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety and is affordable. Highly recommended.

A decent older hotel with good value for money, especially for a grand hotel. The location is great too; there's a mall right downstairs for some browsing, and you can pick up groceries at the supermarket every day.

Everything was great, close to the train station so it was easy to get around. However, parking cost RM13 per day, but that's alright. Very convenient. Thank you. The room was clean and lovely.
