This hotel is a big disaster! Gave me an old room that's different from booking. When I demanded to change, the request passed through 2 persons and once in the room, another guests couple wanted to enter the room! This hotel doesn't even deserves a single star. When returned after visiting mall, I was locked out from our room. Both cards not working and I was furious. Went down to complain and Mr Joe, the Senior Duty Manager attended to my feedback and offered an upgrade. It was a good gesture. Avoid this hotel if possible. Waited 10min in one of two queues to check-in with only 2 staff at front desk and as many as 12-15 people waiting in queues. And it's during check-in peak 3pm! Lastly, the pool definitely looks like one in the 1970s 😖

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, especially with its convenient access to Sunway Putra Mall and nearby attractions. The overall experience was very good. The hotel is nice, but the service is terrible. At night check-in, there was only one counter serving a long line of guests, and many people cut in line without any hotel staff doing anything about it.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Putra station and Chow Kit market. However, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms and facilities are very old and poorly maintained. For instance, the showerhead was completely loose and severely leaking, the drain was clogged and I had to pry open the drain cover myself to clear it. Not to mention, the bed sheets had dark red stains, the TV remote didn't work, there were large yellow stains on the sofa, and a lot of dust in all the corners. In summary, the stay was terrible, only the location was good. I advise everyone not to choose this hotel unless absolutely necessary.
