Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. It's true that it's a bit pricier than others, but it's totally worth it for its cleanliness, facilities, and views.

Great location, with a subway station right outside. The room was a bit old, and the hairdryer was weak, good thing I brought my own. The 11th-floor pool had a good water temperature, and we had a lot of fun, with views of the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower from the window. There's a mall downstairs, so dining is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere, especially Batu Caves, which is very close. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a commercial area with many food options that aren't expensive, and there are also currency exchange points. The hotel itself offers good service, and the hygiene is acceptable, although some of the stone in the bathroom is cracked and some parts have mold.

The environment and rooms are consistently excellent, always my top choice for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to the mall. It also has a beautiful view of the KLCC.

First stop of our trip, and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. Right downstairs is the Prince Commercial Center, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options. There's also a local version of Hua Yang Bing Shi downstairs, with an English menu and lots of locals dining there, serving the same dishes as the Chinese branches. The subway station is right next door, and getting around with Grab is also very easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, close to the station, and directly connected to the mall, making it easy to catch a Grab. It was very comfortable. Getting to Chinatown and the old town by train is quite convenient! However, I felt that accessing Bukit Bintang and KLCC by train might be a bit difficult. It was a bit disappointing that information like the Wi-Fi details was hard to find in the room.

Very comfortable and spacious. I always stay here because it's great, and there's a mall downstairs. The staff are good.

Although a little dated, the room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with no issues at all. It's a good hotel. I only stayed for one night and left early, so I didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant in front of the lobby was bustling with people in the morning (it seemed quite good). The hotel building is located above a shopping mall, making it convenient for dining and shopping.
