Clean and tidy, great view as it can see twins tower from ur room, simple and fast check out procedure, washing and drying 2in1 washing machine is convenient, overall good value for money

Pretty good overall! The location is excellent – super central and within easy reach of everything in the city centre. It can get quite busy, especially around the elevators during peak times, but the daily cleaning service is a nice touch and keeps everything spotless.

Great location, had 24/7 store nearby, good lounges open till late. Can walk to KLCC, and cab journeys are nearby.

Very nice place to stay if you have kids. Amenities are full. They provide cooking utensils like pot, pan , knife, scissors and etc. Laundry detergent is provided too! The bath tub is slightly deeper and bigger compared to other hotel’s tub. There are oven, stove, washing machine with dryer, big refrigerator, electric kettle. What impressed me are things they provided are not cheap stuff, its all quality stuff. The bed is super soft and firm, the pillow is firm that you wouldn’t feel backpain / neck pain. Dyson-like hair dryer with super strong wind and right temperature. I’m a frequent travellers, this is the best place i had so far with compatible price. Worth staying, will come again next time !
