Parosand Hanoi Hotel & Apartment

The smell was not good , the breakfast is ok , not buffet it is 1 from menu, fruits 🍉it’s ok on 5 from 10 hotel, view is nice , the room is not good

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

Very professional in dealing with their guests. Thank you for assisting us and providing with our requests.

The hotel offers warm hospitality and very helpful staff who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter especially loved the 🛁 in the room—it was a nice touch after a long day. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. Breakfast (ala carte) was good with a decent variety, and the foods that were ordered to our room were affordable as well. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Bad experience since the beginning, the hotel is far away from the main area close to the west lake, no worthy. the first night we were there, the person in the reception call us to notify we are supposed to pay a fee for a stain in the pillow case, in the first place, we didn’t use the pillow in question because was hard to use, second, they enter to our room without any cleaning request from us, third they just proceeded to inform that we are being charged for the stain even without any idea if the stain just need to be washed or not, forth is supposed for a big hotel deal every day with sanitation and cleaning facilities including towels and bed sheets before and after a guest come, andfifth was a weird situation that among all the things is just focusing on the stain, even they don’t clean the room that was the justification to enter into the room. So we even talked with the manager about this uncomfortable situation and still said the same thing about the fee, making this experience even more suspicious. We really think that was a kind of scam, to charge us more money. So if you still want to book in this hotel, take pictures before you use all the room facilities.

A neat and functional apartment hotel complete with kitchen facilities. Location is rather far from the Old Quarter, but perfect for those looking for a more local vibe. Plenty of restaurants and services around. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake is also a remarkable feature. Recommended.

I rate this hotel a perfect 10/10. 1. I absolutely love the breakfast here. Everything is freshly made by the chef and tastes so good—not your average lazy buffet. I’m totally obsessed with it. 2. The service is great. The staff always go out of their way to help. 3. It’s really good value for money. The suite I booked is cheaper than other hotels, and I’m so glad I found such a great deal.

Very nice experience there, the receptionists are nice and very helpful. Nice choice when you are in Hanoi!
