The hotel's design is absolutely stunning, no wonder it's won Michelin, IDA, and many other international space design awards. The staff are all incredibly gentle and always smiling. The bedding is exceptionally clean, and the best part is the high cost-performance ratio! It's also super convenient, just a 12-minute taxi ride to Jonker Street.

Overall hotel experience was good, fast check in and friendly staffs. Just that location will be about 25 mins walk from Jonker Street and the sound of air cond a bit noisy.

The room is spacious and very beautiful. Complimentary bottled water is provided. It's about a 10-minute walk to Bukit Malacca and the shopping malls.

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable. However, the breakfast could be improved with more variety. In addition, the egg station is located outside the main breakfast area, which can be a little inconvenient for guests. It would be better if the egg station could be placed inside the breakfast area. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

We checked in quite late and the front desk is still able to check us in smoothly. The whole hotel has the industrial look and feel, good for photo taking! The bed is slightly hard but still managed to sleep well. The toilet is not the cleanest as we still see some stain and dirt. Overall the location is good and plenty of parking space. Also as this is a heritage hotel, we will need to pay additional RM4.

Rosa Malacca has a very strategic location with lots of delicious local food just steps away. The hotel features a stylish industrial-themed design that’s very Instagram-worthy. The room is big and comfortable. The only downside is the room acoustics, as noise from next door can be quite clear, and the oily smell from breakfast sometimes spreads into the room in the morning. Overall, still a pleasant stay with great location and unique design. Strongly recommend to stay with rosa
