The hygiene was terrible. The room felt uncleaned; the sheets hadn't been changed and still had the previous guest's hair and ***** hair. The room was very dusty, with exposed electrical wires, large, free-roaming cockroaches, and cigarette butts all over the balcony. The elevator was also covered in dirt. The room smelled awful, and the formaldehyde levels were dangerously high.
