The hotel is decent for its price range. There were a few minor issues, but overall it was okay.

For the price in Hanoi, this place is pretty good. They clean the room daily, and provide tea and coffee, so the service is quite decent.

The staff were quite enthusiastic. The room condition was decent, and the cleanliness and service were average.

This hotel is worse than a guesthouse and absolutely doesn't deserve the 'luxury 3-star' label. I think anyone looking for accommodation should steer clear of this place. It's only suitable for couples to rent for 2-3 hours. With staff like this, I'm sure the owner knows nothing about the hospitality industry. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get stressed. *** From the moment I checked in, the AC was set to 16°C but the room was still hot like 30°C. The bed had no sheets, and the staff explained it was because there were too many guests and they ran out of sheets. What the ****?? Only then were a fan and sheets brought up when I asked how I was supposed to sleep that night, and they said they'd change my room tomorrow. The next morning, I was moved to another room, but the situation was exactly the same: the AC wasn't working, and the room was as hot as a sauna. When I called reception to borrow another fan, the staff even asked me to go back to the old room myself to get the fan. Seriously speechless. Furthermore, the hotel is right next to a main road, so it's very noisy. Trucks passing by made the windows rattle and caused a lot of noise. Truly cheap to cheap.

The room was clean and beautiful, at an incredibly cheap price. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful! The room quality far exceeded the rental price! 10 points!

The hotel facilities are very new. The room was clean and the landlady was very nice. Definitely book a standard room with two beds.
