An excellent stay. The hotel staff were professional and courteous, proactively offering assistance multiple times. The room was clean and well-equipped.

Stayed for 3 nights. The two queen beds provided ample space for our family of four, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. While the room was cleaned daily, the pillows had a persistent musty/sweaty smell that was quite unpleasant throughout our stay. Also, the air conditioner occasionally made loud noises, which was disruptive, and the drain in the bathroom was slow. I wanted to request a room change but decided against it to avoid the hassle. It felt like this room had been used a lot, and overall, it was disappointing. The pool water quality was also poor, making proper swimming impossible. However, the Saturday bubble event was a big hit with the kids! I just wish they had stuck to the event times. The chocolate hour wasn't something we felt the need to use daily. The breakfast restaurant was very crowded, and the food was just average. I walked to the main entrance once, and it took about 15 minutes. Note that the buggy service stops running after 6 PM.

This was the most satisfying accommodation I've stayed in. They were very accommodating with our honeymoon request, and breakfast was also satisfying. The restaurant & bar system where you can order via QR code at the pool was especially great – definitely try the cheeseburger! We truly had a healing and relaxing time.
