It was so clean, and the staff's service was excellent! The hotel has many great facilities, and the location is convenient for getting around. I think I'll go again next time!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Thong Lo station, but it's not an unmanageable distance. The tuk-tuk service to and from the station was incredibly helpful. It was also great that we could still use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and showers after check-out. The pool was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel lobby is thoughtfully designed, offering coffee and a seating area, which is very convenient for guests who have just arrived or are about to head out. Check-in at the lobby is highly efficient; the staff are skilled and quick, allowing tired travelers to get to their rooms and rest promptly. As for the guest rooms, the cleanliness has always been impeccable. The mini-bar is well-stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks, showing great attention to detail. I particularly want to commend the hotel's shuttle bus service. The drivers are very polite, and the service is always punctual. However, I have a small suggestion: it would be even more convenient for guests returning late if the last shuttle bus service could be extended slightly. Furthermore, the experience at the swimming pool and sauna area is also commendable. A special shout-out to Jiew, a long-serving staff member, whose service attitude is exceptional and meticulous! Whenever a guest arrives at the pool, he immediately offers a clean towel and turns on the sauna for use. He is incredibly diligent and proactive, and this kind of thoughtful service makes guests feel very welcome. Seeing these familiar faces every time I stay feels just like coming home. I will continue to choose to stay here on my next visit.

I don't know how many times I've stayed at this hotel, and it's consistently excellent. The environment is quiet, the hygiene is clean, and the service is great. The transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The welcome was also nice.

On a business trip to Bangkok, this hotel provided an excellent experience. The lobby is grand and opulent, the staff are warm and polite, and the rooms are clean and bright. The facilities are top-notch, with electric curtains and smart toilets, all very luxurious. The minibar is stocked daily with snacks and drinks, and they are fully replenished, which shows great sincerity – no shortcuts taken. There's a bathtub for soaking, and the breakfast selection is also quite good. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

This is a big brand hotel in Thailand with excellent service. From the moment we arrived and got out of the car, we could feel the attentiveness of the staff. The room was spacious with an open view and was very clean. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the BTS station, but they offer a free shuttle service, which makes it acceptable.
