The accommodation has a private beach, and the staff provide excellent service. The swimming pool is large, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is very big, and the beachfront restaurant serves good food. For fitness enthusiasts, there's a fully equipped gym.

The hotel left a mixed impression. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, the bed is comfortable, the pool is great, and the sea is pleasant with a gradual entry. The staff is helpful. The main downside is the housekeeping. There is a lot of dust in the room; sometimes they made the bed with dirty linen, and we came across dirty towels. The balcony was never washed, and even gecko droppings were only cleaned up after we asked. At the same time, for some reason, the maids kept rearranging personal belongings and even threw away a jar of coconut oil, apparently deciding that it was empty. There was an occasional sewage smell from the bathroom, the minibar was constantly wet from condensation, and water leaked under the door during the rain. Renovations were ongoing on the property, and the beach was poorly cleaned. For several days, we saw something being discharged into the sea. There are no umbrellas on the beach, only palm trees. Without transportation, it's inconvenient as there is almost nothing nearby. Overall, it's a pleasant place to relax, but from a five-star hotel, you expect much better cleanliness and attention to detail.

Positives: The pool. The hotel is magnificent, with a lovely, very clean pool and beach as well. However, a major downside: there was a bad smell coming from the balcony and the bathroom. We had to call them twice to fix the issue, but the smell kept coming back. We stayed in room 1420. The pool towels smelled bad. Staff were adequate/polite.

The location is really quite poor—a bit above the central area, taking 30 minutes to get to the north, 60 minutes to the south, and 20 minutes to the night market, so it’s not very convenient. On top of that, the hotel facilities had some issues. Housekeeping came to clean the room as early as 9:00 AM, and the hotel was undergoing major renovations; my room happened to be right next to the construction site. It was honestly just dirty, dirty, and dirty... Such a depressing and frustrating resort experience.

The environment here is amazing, and it even has a private beach. The breakfast is both extensive and delicious, and the staff are so friendly, making you feel right at home. I will definitely come back again next time.

The service was excellent. When we arrived at the hotel, it wasn't check-in time yet, and the lobby was packed with Korean tour groups. A staff member proactively offered to store our luggage, allowing us to go relax and explore. The breakfast was also very rich.
