The Vibe & Rooms
The first thing you’ll notice about Bliss Phu Quoc is how spacious and high-quality the rooms are. If you appreciate a room that doesn't feel cramped, this is a major win. The hotel truly comes alive at night—the lighting creates a fantastic atmosphere that makes the whole property feel premium and inviting.
Location & Amenities
The location is a standout feature. You are just steps away from the beach and several major attractions, making it easy to hop between the sand and the city. Just blocks away, there is a massive, relaxing swimming pool that is perfect for a lazy afternoon.
For foodies, there’s a local market and numerous restaurants nearby serving incredible local cuisine and fresh seafood that you shouldn't miss.
(The Wi-Fi Catch)
While the hotel is excellent in almost every other category, the Wi-Fi is a significant drawback. During my stay, the connection was very unstable.
The staff mentioned an issue with the optic fiber cable, which might be a temporary or regional issue, but it was enough of a struggle that I chose not to extend my stay.
The Pool & Family Vibes:
It is frequently cited as a family-friendly spot, with the pool being a highlight for those traveling with children.
The Internet: While the hotel advertises high-speed Wi-Fi, regional issues with Vietnam's undersea fiber optic cables (like the APG and AAE-1 lines) often cause intermittent slowdowns across the island, which explains the "optic fiber" explanation given by the staff.
