A nice and peaceful getaway for families! The kids absolutely loved the swimming pools and water activities. It’s a great place if you’re looking to simply relax and spend quality time with the family. The resort is a little far from the malls and city centre, and some areas could definitely use a revamp as the property is starting to show its age. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay, the breakfast was great, and most importantly, the kids loved it. What more can we ask for! 😊

The staff are all friendly, no issue with that. The cleanliness of the whole room really need to improve. We had to ask housekeeping to change the bedsheet and pillow case as it is smelly. We had bumps on our hands and leg, suspect there are some insect bites, not sure if it is bedbugs. The toilet is not clean, sewage smell is strong. The hotel is under the Ascott name, a well established name but the standard really fall short. Really need to look into doing deep cleaning.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
