Nice resort was vegetarian resort made specially veg food good experience breakfast and food was nice cereal good experience

I had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful waterfront views, making it a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast had a good variety of local and international dishes, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well kept. The location is convenient if you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being within a reasonable distance of popular attractions and the ferry terminal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality and good value for money. I would definitely recommend HARRIS Hotel Batam Waterfront to anyone visiting Batam, whether for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat, or a business trip. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our big family decided to take HARRIS RESORT WATERFRONT BATAM FOR OUR 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS STAY. Our room was large and spacious with balcony. Swimming pool was big and the kids had a good time. Breakfast had a lot of choices BUT the problem was some of the food took a very long time to get ready. Example, omelette and some cooking stuff station. For room service, its was not that bad. Only the HOUSEKEEPING could be better. My room has a funny sewage smell at the balcony and the toilet. Housekeeping staff kept forgetting to makeup the room 100%. They forgot either toiletries or towel and etc. Just a reminder, this hotel is very very very far from town. Grab was quite accessible. Maybe, we wont be visiting again in the nearest time. All staffs are generally nice & kind. Good customer service. Wide food spread for breakfast. One downside, is that we waited for 1.5hrs for our room to be ready ( our room is ready at 4.30pm ) even though we inform the hotel via their Whatsapp line that we are on the way ( check in time : 3pm ). The hotel did not offer any complimentary service or even late check out to compensate the 1.5hrs waiting time. The children were restless waiting at the lobby after the long journey from the ferry terminal.

Hotel is good but bit far, booked it and wasn’t disappointed thank you for the stay in Batam

Overall good. Customer service good. All staff very polite. For the relaxation is suitable place. The place so far inner and the way to the resort was dark. I booked for BBQ dinner. So excellent. The portion was big.

Really enjoy my vacation here! Highly recommend :) Theres water sports, bbq, swimming pool and gym too

superb breakfast....but old hotel resort..far from city

We check in quite later around 10.30pm and room wasn’t ready so we waited about 20 mins, towels are all yellowish… will not visit here again
